I have been doing a bit towards the Fiefel installation. Rear Filters finished and now test fitting the Fiefel tubes that I had printed to my information by a seller on Shapeways when it still existed. Getting it all to fall into place will be a test of patience but its coming together.

Lots of sanding glue debris and tidy ups to do yet but getting there.

These views bought to you by the power of blu Tac :D
Still have the clasps to fit then can glue it all in place and start on th bracektry to hold the 12 sided tubes in place. I am hoping to achieve a fair bit this weekend.

Thanks for dropping by.

Using the "ABER" PE kit I wrapped it around a pencil then painted a line of liquid solder along the join and gave it a gentle sweep with my Dremel butane torch,
The multi sided tube formed before my eyes.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Jarndice, i thought about the Aber but it woudnt have the twist in the 12 sides so went with approached a WW2 Shapeways chap. After his first attempt, he tweaked it until i was happy it matched the photo thats out there. Might have been from David Bryden s Tiger.info site.

Those are some excellent clasps and tubing. I saved a bunch of pictures of the real stuff ferr reference on all that spaghetti mess somewhere but you definitely don't seem to need it. But I do remember a conversation I don't recall if Mr. Byrden was a part of though, where it's labeled "spiral" I remember as interlocking piping with a specific flow direction.
