My welds weren't great (spending too much time in 16th). But I do love working with metal.

Words like "ephemeral" just don't belong in one of my threads! I had to copy/paste it so I wouldn't misspell it. But thank you Herr Dr. for following along, and all of your support.

I need to get some stencils for this and a couple minor details to go, but this is about as complete as it is going to get.

I cannot recall a more action-packed, eyeball-pleasing build, one with all kinds of stowage goodies, cables, tools, boxes, rollers, a mortar--WHEW! Now let me see: a few of the ubiquitous CCKWs to haul supplies, maybe a big Mack truck and trailer for hauling, and some jeeps and personnel to round it out. That might take you a few months of wizardry. Nah, you'll cook those up by March.

Outside of a bit of mud, dust or suchlike it’s fantastic.

The speed needed to be fast, in the first several attempts it kept getting stuck, the track on the far side was spinning through most of the video. I reckon I made the towed tank too heavy, but it needed some additional weight to allow the tracks to turn. By the way that was my first tank build back in 2015.

I added up the lead added to the trailing tank 3.4 lbs/1.54kg. Never did add additional weight to the M32, though with the metal tracks it is rather heavy, but about the same as the bullet loaded M4A3.

Easy way to know you're in the States

This is a piece of art, so many lovely details to discover in every corner, this is a fantastic build. I don't know if you're going to weather it or not (a step I always fear!) but it looks awesome as it is.
