hi i had a problem like this and i put a new air valve in my badger air brush the one that your air hose goes on to as the small spring had rotted in side try that dave

i checked spring and o rings are fine

found out what is wrong fluid nozzle is missing how i missed that i dont know feel so stupid goes to show what i know about airbrushing
