No Martin.
Startet this project quite a while back and took me long to get it the way she is at the moment.
I got the Balkenkreuzen for both sides of the upper hull from Rad, also a while ago.
When these are done, I can start detailing, weathering and finish this Beast!
Metal lower hull, torsion bars, metal roadwheels, idlers, sprocketwheels and tracks.
This is my most accurate tank!
Even contacted the Australian tank museum for some info I was not sure about.
Let‘s say, to be coninued?

This is what started it all off for me. Picked up a Heng Long in 2006 (3 channel version). Soon after the S&S versions came out so I stripped it down added added metal wheels, tracks, suspension and gearboxes and upgraded to the new improved electronics. Nearly twenty years and still going strong. I recently re upgraded the electronics to HAYA 6's so hopefully it'll be going for another twenty years.

FYI for initial production Tigers. They only had 5 barrel swabbing rods, 2 on the driver’s side and 3 on the other. I think 6 rods began in early 1943. I may be a tad off but I studied the hell out of initial production Tigers for months or more. My favorite tank ever.

That‘s correct Jim, 5 cleaning rods.
But I put 3 ones on the drivers side and 2 at the other side.
Due to the tow cable on the right side I had no space for the 3rd rod.
