Butarquen Camp (Madrid)
Re: Butarquen Camp (Madrid)
Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!
Make some small adjustments to the store sign.
УНИВЕРСАЛЬНЫЙ МАГАЗИН
remove the extra letter
Attach a small stick above the letter И.
The letter I has a different crossbar slope...
A stunning piece of work!!!!
They even reproduced the fountain from Stalingrad.
Although this is a typical design and was made in many cities of the USSR

I agree with Pavel: this is stunning. And my curiosity if piqued by the fountain: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barmaley_Fountain
Re: Butarquen Camp (Madrid)
If you have any questions, I can explain without Wiki....
In principle, this fountain was not destroyed in a city where not a single intact building remained - it's a miracle!

I have always thought Yevzerikhin's famous picture of the Barmaley Fountain is one of the most haunting and sad images from WW2. Excellent re-creation in your club's Stalingrad diorama
