My Beetle arrived yesterday and am really surprised at what a good little product it is for the price. Thanks for making me aware of it. I think I'll order the conversion kit for the Type 87 as soon as our postal workers go back to work as I have packages coming from all over the place that have been in limbo for the last 6 weeks. I figure if I make a total hash of trying to remove and change the wheels (as this would be one step beyond my modelling ventures up to now) I can always just order another one from Banggood. Is the figure one from the Torro Schwimmwagen?

Such a fun little model. Runs fantastic. Our American cousins can buy this from Banggood for $32. I just ordered a second one as it's $20 less than I spend in gas just to drive to the club tank field each trip in the summer

What a great little conversion kit that is from Lukas. The printing is excellent. Although removing the wheels with the Dremel had to be done with some good light and caution. Those wheels were really stuck on. If it hadn't been for this build thread I would have never known about it I'm going to get the full kit with the roof rack for my second beetle. I think I've built enough tanks. Time to move on to these types of interesting vehicles.
