Re: Low Budget HL Jagdpanther

Well, I do have 3 Panthers, 2 Jagdpanthers, one Stuh-42, 2 StuG-III and 3 Panzer-IV all with Schürzen.
There is only 1 (a Pnzr-4) which has the Poly Schürzen, but only the Schürzen!!
All brackets are made of brass.
On the first 2 Panthers I build Schürzen onto, I made them removeable, so I can take each of them off.
On both Jagdpanthers, I made the brackets also out of brass, but I screwed the Schürzen onto them with 1,4mm screws and nuts. So they have a solid connection and cannot be taken off.
Exept that P4 with the poly Schürzen, all the others do have home made Schürzen out of 1mm or 0,8mm Aluminum.
The StuGs/StuH do have one piece Schürzen (which also can be taken off of course), on all P4‘s the Schürzen are seperated and can be taken off one by one.
None of them comes off during outdoor runs!
It takes some effort building this construction but its worth it all the way!
Regards, Rob.
