I might be able to scavenge the columns from my Ausf D, I think I have a spare plastic mantlet that I am not planning on using.
Here is the ATAK mantlet that came with the Ausf A
Panther D (WIP)
Panther A
Panther G
Jagdpanther G2
Tiger II
Pz.Kpfw. VIII Maus V2
Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf L
Sd.Kfz. 222
Sd.Kfz. 234/2
Leopard 1A1A1
Turm III
VK 45.01 (H)
Churchill VII
Chieftain Mk 3
Gepard 1A2
OF-40 Mk.2
M4A3 (76) W HVSS
I managed to butcher an H/L inner mantlet section to make the Atak version work on 111.
Might have a spare bit if you get stuck.
As for electronics, I went with H/L 6.1s but these are already hard to find.
I understand better! I did not know this material, learned something, thank you Herman. I allow myself to join the link of your 111 for our friend STHV viewtopic.php?t=31768
Thank you!
The speaker is currently on its way and I have the battery ready to go, just need to find some plasticard so I can build some internal supports for the modified upper hull.
Am I correct in saying that Cyano glue is super glue?

For mantlet mounting, had you considered the little brass hexagonal motherboard stand off posts? https://www.amazon.co.uk/6-32-Brass-Mot ... B00213KL5I
I used them to mount my mantlet, just screwed them through the backing peice, stuck 2 lumps of miliput on to the back of the Atak mantlet and then pushed it into place on the turret. Once the miliput has set you can unscrew the backing peice, take the mantlet off the turret and reinforce the miliput around the posts.
