Hi Tankie, on 18th June I ordered and paid for an item from Axels Modelbau.
Here we are 12 days later and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.
Think I'll send them an email.

Best to contact to complain when you are missing stuff: I had a Dx5e on order from Howes Models for over 2 weeks, I called them up to find out what happened and with in half an hour they had established that Fed-Ex were a shower of ######## and had lost my original order - and immediately shipped a replacement!

Tankzone are a lottery, if they have it in stock then their service is ok, if they don't then the communication sucks, tho at least in my experience they get it to you in the end - which is more than can be said for some of the US vendors out there... >:( >:(

Axels modelbau are the worst, the first time i used them it was over a month before the stuff turned up, i gave them a second chance and ordered some more parts, after 3 weeks i contacted them to enquire what was going on and was told the items were out of stock due shortly, another 6 weeks after this the items turned up, needless to say i wont be going back >:(

Well that's Axels Modelbau added to my blacklist.
They have just told me that the parts they were advertising as in stock, and happily took payment for, are in fact out of stock and they are waiting for a delivery. Bloody Con Artists!

John

I have ordered parts for a Tamiya  1/16 Kubelwagon, like you they were listed as been in stock. Guess what, there not. Time for a refund I think.

Cheers

I almost ordered the new Aber german 2m antenna from them. Glad I didnt now. Its ok though Historex will have them in soon, and for Aber PE sets they cant be beaten, and their postage is excellent.
