I have been putting new sounds on the IBU3 today and now when I flick the start switch for cold start it plays the release noise before the cold start sound starts , I have deleted all sounds and done factory resets and tried previous update versions. I noticed it doesn't play the release noise before start up when I load version 14 and 15 but with these versions the airsoft gun doesn't fire, version 16 I have the release noise before startup and no gun and on version 17 I have airsoft gun working and release noise before start up , also the rev mode switch you have to push to the left now rather than down as before , I have tried all forms of deleting reinstalling programs and allways come up with same results , Does the IBU3 need another update ? Any suggestions Ian.

I look into it when I get off my holiday. I don't think the sounds played has changed with the firmware updates, but you never know a rogue bit of code might of crept in there to cause the issue.

I had a brief play last night and didn't get same issues although I think the tank I tested doesn't have a release sound file loaded something I need to double check when I connect to a computer. Engine rev still in right stick down.

Obviously I haven't had much time so will carry on over the weekend.

Can you email me a picture of how your radio channels are configured and will set mine same to see if anything happens.

Any updates?
I have the static mostly revving and a little bit idling. I don't believe I had it when I first installed the files. Now it's a horrendous static/distortion sound. Also, now when I start up, the main cannon sound repeats itself over and over in place of the start up sound. I'm about to give up on this thing. Stock Taigen speaker and an FRS7. EMI interference or weak faulty amps?
Update: Unplugged motors, sounds the same. Tried a few different Lipo batteries, 2S and 3S and 3 different speakers at low volume. Deleted sound files, reinstalled ect. Same static.

After getting my IBU3 back from RC Tank Electronics, it still has bad static when revving and cannon fire. Cannon fire sounds fine when it's not idling, but when playing 2 sounds at the same time it's terrible. Really terrible. Obviously there is no fix since it wasn't fixed.
