Hi Tankalot,

If you've now got a sd card adapter, try plugging into your computer and deleting the files DO NOT FORMAT the card. Download the sounds from here

http://www.ibu-electronics.com/downloads_9.html

And putting on the sd card (make sure files are unzipped) and see if that helps.

It works! The smokers proportional!! But now I can't go backwards!
I found the tiger files on the sd card, copied and pasted, stuck it back in and it works! Just low power to reverse, and the mg is very dull again, also the main gun sound effect doesn't always go boom

Boy do I wish I'd got this pre setup, it's not my wiring, I pop the tagien board back in, all works as it should.

your battery might be low, because of the limited reverse speed this can sometimes appear as if reverse isn't working.

Hi tankbear

I didn't see your last post, I'll give that ago, it was reversing fine until I did the copy paste, I'll download them from your link and give it a go.

Thanks again, I'm sure it's something I've done, I might even get a new 1g sd card just incase

You might find the 1gb sd card won't work with out it been correctly formatted.

I changed the reverse power setting in the
Sd card, it was on 10 for the tiger I put it up to 80 mines really
Heavy, now it works a treat, gun sound doesn't work
Sometimes, it recoils but no sound, same with machine gun sound right after
Main gun.

Machine guns good too.

Thanks tankbear an ill be getting the others that I want

Don't worry tankalot mine does the no doing on recoil or machine gun thing now and again, if you leave it about 5 seconds after firing the main gun and using the machine gun and vice versa it works fine dude

There is a delay in been able the main gun depending on the selected tank class. 3 second light weight, 5 second medium or 9 heavy. This is for reloading of the gun.

Your machine gun won't play immediately after the main gun because it is still playing the main gun sound, shell ejection, echo ect. Like you say leave it a few seconds and it be fine.

Hey Ian, I know about the delay for reloading, but some times after using the machine gun then firing the main gun immediately after there is no main gun firing sound just the barrel recoil, it does it in both my IBU2 's. Just guessed it was a quirk of the board, everything else works perfect so never really bothered me as the board is so good!

Okay I misunderstood. I can't say I've noticed it myself but I don't get much time to play with my tanks so that might be why. I will look into, if you could let me know the board type (base or pro and Rev A or B. And on the CPU it should have a sticker with firmware version. Then I should be able reproduce same conditions.
