Its looking slick mate...........the brake was kind of a 'thing' is all, could have been a neat trick or a picture you found that was different 1
Its a credit to you for the "box-to-'beudy " effort in such a short time.

Thanks Lert. Its a tricky one Lert and took a while to do mate. Tried to keep the yellow colour on the darker sections then the green on the lighter. Im pleased with it bud. :)

One tip I might give you~

Your tracks look very tight. Your JP will run smoother and the gearboxes will live longer if you add a link to each track, giving them a little bit of slack. This tip was given to me when I bought my JP and it really works wonders.

Cheers fellas. :D

I just couldnt leave it alone guys and have done a little bit more tonight...

Rest of the accecories fitted and dry brushed aluminium along with a dusting of pastels.. Then it was on painting my commander. Done him in a Humbrol Dark panzer Grey with dark red pin striping and silver medals.
Also tried to give him a cigarette using abit of sprue painted white with a red tip.. then superglued a small amount of pulled cotton wool to imitate the smoke.. bit unsure about this, as it looks abit big! lol! :{

Still have quite a few small detail bits to finish off, But one happy lad so far.

PS Lert i will def add another piece of track link to her too as you suggested. Did you have any problems with tracks slipping off when on grass etc mate?

I haven't run mine on grass or anything soft with the stock plastic gearboxes, just indoor / pavement / dry dirt. Tracks never shed. I want to upgrade to metal gearboxes before going heavy offroading.

The problem with the tracks on HL's JP out of the box is that they're so tight that the drive sprocket and idler wheel are under constant tension, adding friction and stress to the whole drive train. It'll run better with some slack.
