Just Kidding fynsdad...I figure it was a test...just to see if us fledgling builders would pick up on it Image

That looks quite a lot better - nice one Frank.

...decided to go with skirts... 8) 8) 8)

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM... ....Starting to think you are strategically taking these photos at shall I say interesting angles .... just to get me to find more pictures for verification

there isn't the same apex on the mantlet...and you still don't quite have that "snoopy nose" going on ...you need the snoopy nose on the bottom of the front shield Image

Think the skirts are a better addition than those false sprockets Image

fynsdad wrote:....still a long way to go, but the manlet's just the base, still needs filler/shaping. once thats done I'll do the lip on the lower front. Like I say I can't get the top slope any lower due to the elevation motor, but I'm happy with the comprimise ;)
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.................. ....No Snoopy Nose... it won't be a Chaffee

the top is fine so long the line is clear... but no nose...no Chaffee :haha: ................... ;)

The skirts are great though
