Re: My Jagdpanther
When fitting the new barrel i took about an inch of the back of it
And this is the gun fitted, painted and weathered up
When fitting the new barrel i broke the wee stub of the arial at back of hull so drilled a wee hole and cut a bit of arial that came with it
Cheers

Barrel came out great, love the "kill" stripes.

Re: My Jagdpanther
You color matched the barrel well. Kill rings are a nice touch.
I'm leaving my barrel black as if it was just replaced for accuracy after shooting around 1,200 rounds.

Re: My Jagdpanther
Cheers mate
Normally i use aircraft trim tape for the kill rings but after checking my spare decal sheets I came across water slide decals
It was a block of 8 lines in what I thought was 1 decal but no it was eight separate strips what a guddle that was
But got there in the end
The colours I have found to match this are
Humbrol M102 Army green
Tamiya XF90 Red brown
Tamiya XF92 Yellow brown
And then I gave it a couple of washes of Vallejo Chocolate brown

Re: My Jagdpanther
Took the plunge (well for me it was a plunge) and fitted a rear convoy light to the Jagdpanther
I will be doing this to the other Kitty's as well and I will put an in depth of how i did it it in 1 the other Kitty's (tiger 1 KT and Panther)
I didnt take pics of the Jagd as it was expermental and needed to know if it worked
This works out to less than a pound or so per light compared to £18 plus postage for shop bought

Good Afternoon!
Alan, it looks good! It matches your Jagdpanther perfectly! I was pleased to see the reflector gleaming in red there as well! ;0) Following along!

Painless
