Quick question for guys that have put these together. I read that they are made of ABS for the lower portion of the hull and other parts.
Can normal CA glue do the job or is there a different type that should be used?

Bought it. Thanks much. Hopefully it's not so strong that it destroys the brush!

Well, almost done the build. Fired it up on Friday night for the first time to make sure everything works and there are no hangups from the wiring. Stab is up and running as well.
Been painting as well and it's shaping up rather well. Still have more to do to tie in the wiring a bit more snugly/ neatly and some more assembly of the turret cover.
Regards

Here you go!

Still painting the turret top. Scratchbuilt the rear hull indicator out of a acupuncture needle (kit didn't have one and this is surgical steel).
It's coming together nicely!
Regards

NATO Tri colour paint scheme is now on. Vallejo doesn't make a NATO match so it was a bit of experimenting and bringing the tank to work to compare off of the real deal.
It's extreemy close. The brown is suppose to be a touch darker but it doesn't translate well to the scale. It actually looked almost a red-ish chocolate brown so I had to lighten it up a bit.

looks good. I regret I sold mine some years ago.(traded it for a smashed traxxas t-max I had. Must be my best trade ever)

Anyone know how to keep the antenna internal?
The antenna supplied by Tamiya looks horrible!

Make your own copper wire coiled one. Just get some copper wire and rap it around some thing thats around 10mm in diameter. Or go 2.4 then no long reciving wires.
