have done a little more on tiger,opened up vision port/made bracket / fitted metal headlight and wire and four bars for extra track links on front/drilled out mg for flash.

Looks great. Any pictures of the finished product yet?

not as fit as i was,nice and easy building when i can. Working on the turret now, need to start my KT rebuild some time,may be this year if things go well.

done a bit more on tiger fitted metal vent/coupler/and a few other bits.

Nice job, several of the mods are things I considered doing but it is really helpful to see it done by someone else. Enjoying your build hope you are able to continue, Sax

long time since my last update on tiger rebuild, had one of those hachette metal mantlets laying around so i fitted it with a panther recoil unit and metal mato tiger barrel. drilled out the mantlet/to take the metal barrel/cut off the moutings points/araldited on 2 screws.

Great build. How did you do the vision port mod? Have also gota hachette mantlet...Worthwile mod ? Cheers

Hi remove drivers vision port from hull with a sharp blade take your time me be alot of glue on it, then cut out the middel bits rebuild it with the vision port open. i used off cuts of old plastic card/rod on the inside,then filled it all in with model filler then sanded it flat. cost nothing

next bit, cut down this plastic heng long part and fit it too metal mantlet. then fit the other heng long part to recoil unit then bolt in together you will need to remove over hang on one side and glue it on the other side
