wish they did Andy. For decals get white decal paper and print the other colours as normal. Same with flags I use white silk.

When I have made my own decals in the past, (which was with an ink jet printer), you can buy white decal paper and leave the area you want white blank.

I did buy some decal paper, not sure if its white, I'll have to check. I made the assumption that it was going to be clear, I haven't got to the point in my project where I can consider the markings.
