have a problem with electrics its just with the MG and lights the upper hull has a 12 pin socket

rx18 only has 8 pin i got gun elevation working and turret rotation working fine if someone has a 12 pin plug i would be very grateful heres inside upper hull

got a bit more done got tracks on plus some paint i did the olive drab a bit lighter in places to make it look slightly worn, next will dust it over and still havent sorted out lights + mg yet

Hi Chris. I'm going out to a place on the m50 during the week. Has a great range of stuff. He's getting me the spring for my radio unit. I can check if he has a 12 pin plug. It's the plug that connects to the socket on the upper hull, yes? Wonder why it's 12 pin. A PICTURE OF THE SOCKET WOULD HELP.

Checked that supplier. Does not have the plug. The one he has is 2 lines of 6. I'm not familiar with mato wiring. Why so many pins? Could you desolder the 12 pin socket and fit an eight pin. Maplins may have what you need.

Trying to get my panzer 111 working. Having sound problems with the Elmod set up plus I need to get turret electrics sorted. Just got my Elmod back repaired.

On the good side I'm picking up a 1/6 scale tiger kit at the weekend. Will not make much of a start on it till February.

thanks for trying i will have to sort something out not giving up yet the 12 pins are closer together than the h/l 8 pin if i dont get it sorted i could leave the lights off anyway i always fancied a 1/6 tiger but its a bit beyond my reach put up a few pics when you get it

I will put up lots of pics. It's a build project. Armortek. Will be broke for a long time but take my mind off all the depression in this country at the moment. Compared to what i spent on heng long conversions and how much time i will be able to put in it will be a bargain. Looking forward to driving a tiger around the Phoenix park. got electrics sorted except the lights which im not to bothered about sherman was almost finished when the wife spilled a bit of purfume on it and some of the paint came off so im a pissed off at the moment
