Hi Tanktop
Thats the idea with the tensioners they relax and tension when required should stop busted idlers and or tracks
so what youve done is correct and they arent really meant for adjusment as such

Hi 432
i get the idea , but the reason i wanted to fit track tensioners was i found the track were to lose and tryed to jump of the rear idile this proved to be a real pain .
i have fitted one track so far and it seem very lose, so ill fit the other track an try a test run, im not that the spring strong enough for the job ? are you runing any of your tanks with these tensioners ?
I am runing with meatle tracks and i dont know if they were desined with those in mind .

I have them in my asiatam lower on a h/long tiger
if you find the tracks really to loose maybe take a link or 2 out
tracks on real tanks arent that tight and really quite loose
