You have piqued my curiosity. I checked on my own Challenger, and there is approximately 3mm of vertical movement, with approximately 6mm of movement side to side. Having not really given much thought to the problem, I can only suggest a small amount of packing between the turret ring and the hull. Maybe some washers? Between the turret ring and the upper hull. The mesh between the turret ring and the drive is not the most precise. I have no idea how you would resolve this, other than have a new ring and drive made from brass. Or you can just accept it is a toy, and not worry about it.

You could have someone 3D print a ring to shim the turret. Would probably take 15min to print. I did that recently on the T29 build when there was too much slop around the turret ring.

By any chance did that stop verticle movement? The verticle movement of the turrets whats frustrating me as its shaking the turret when i drive

I don't have a Challenger 2 per say, but a ring can be printed either flat (to make up a height difference) or taller and skinny to be used to shim it in the circular plane. You could even do both. Either way, if the ring made from ABS or ASA, it can be glued right to the HL plastic using acetone or MEK or Plastruct glue. I made a flat ring adapter to adapt the Krupp turret from a different designer to my E100 project so that it would line up with my HL turret rotation. I didn't want to use the Maus turret in that case. With 3D printing it can be designed right in the slicer. There may be some slight tweaking to get it to be the right size, but it's pretty easy to do.

Not on my Challenger. A similar issue occurred on my Leopard 1. The vertical movement was preventing the correct mesh with the turret drive motor. So I simply shimmed it with some small plastic off cuts.
