Just before our mother died she told us she had never got around to doing a will. What a nightmare it was. We had to get probate and lawyers in Canada, UK and the Isle of Man. Took over a year to get everything straightened out and fortunately it was just me and my sister who get along. Can't imagine what it would have been like with warring factions of a family

I need to get yet another form...and...two more forms, and then maybe...this form...so I can get the second form...but usually people just pay a lawyer." The latest: "yet another form" is online and there is an "overview" of the process of completing the "yet another form" online, but the online process involves a online form that is thirteen online pages long. When I get some money, I will do what people usually do.
