check your elevation motor by the look of it you rewired it the wrong way round

Not to confuse my situation any further, but in the case of the Turret rotation & barrel elevation, the polarity doesnt matter. The IBU2 switches motor direction based on user input from the sticks. If Im wrong, I stand corrected.
