Is this a 27mhz crystal tank or a 2.4 digital tank, I think this should be decided before anything else

You write " short antenna " would therefore seem 2.4 ghz,but agree with jimster ,it would be nice to have a photos!!to confirm.For info,attached duagram respecting the colors of the 8 wure cable between RX and 8 -pin top chassis plug
