Perso ( this is only opinion ) would stay on plastic,for me the métal brings nothing more,except trouble to make changes,( drilling,cutting,etc) do not forget that is Zamac :thumbdown: ( mixture of lead and zinc ) and plastic is much easier to work,past :thumbup:

The plastic turret will be lighter which, in my view, is a bonus unless the entire hull is metal too, including the top deck. However, check what both models come with. I'd advise you to email Dave at Forgebear for advice as he can sometimes get hold of 'specials' to help you. He'll also know what fits what.
