Mr Tiger6, do you happen to know how much too short the Heng Long Pershing gearbox shafts are?

I want to say about 3mm, but I haven't clapped eyes on those parts since about 2010. I do remember it was enough that we couldn't just cut a second flat on the shaft and shim the end of it, without it wobbling around.

Well, I believe my Sherman sprockets are the same size, I may have a solution, but it would mean using shorter shaft gearboxes, then making a connecting piece that I can draw the plans of for your machinist to fabricate.
