Yeah, we chose 1/8th because the side plates for the Panzer 38 is about a half inch, and we are doing a quarter scale so it works out perfectly

So because of the steel plate and Cast aluminum components this thing is going to be heavy!

I've ordered 2 24V 400W bicycle motors for the drive. It's got to be able to pull itself up a 45° incline to get into my truck bed. Now do you think the ST 2x32 will suffice for the controller?

Electronics is the opposite of what I am good at haha. Let me stick to machining and fabricating any day

I'm using the 2x32 sabertooth in my hetzer and it works just great.

As promised here I present to you plates before I start welding. Hopefully next week I can start putting it together. Still need a few holes drilled for the motor mounts

So I had forgotten that I had used up most of my prints in other experiments do all I have left are parts of the drive cog and an idler rim haha
