I used "JACKS" Dressmakers pin direction for the Rivets on my Tiger 1s Fenders I also bought from a "Dolls House Accessories" web site the slide bolts that lock and unlock the side flaps of the fenders and to give the fenders a bit of stiffness I backed them with 1mm Plasticard,
It is all pretty easy but very rewarding.
Jack when I get a bit distracted from this mayhem I mix building 1/8 R/C Warbirds and drowning in books on all things Armour, It never fails although do watch out for runaway Focke Wulf 190s,
I now have a double scar on my lower leg where the propeller stopped,

No way my friend every once and a while I step away from the hobby unless I'm in a "groove". I will from time to time sell off some completed pieces as needed to make space and refuel my need to build something from scratch again.

Stay the course too much talent to "retire from the crazy world of tanks"

Terry, it has been said. Go build a tank! *wink* Tiggr, rightly so. This late 1944, Late War Tiger will not sport any zimmerit. Dust, dirt and minor weathering scuffs from lots of running, yes! ;o)

I got a few parts in for Jacks Tiger yesterday and since we are in the middle of a solid week of Thunderstorms, it seemed like a good time to get some work done on the tank. Pics:

Mr Painless that rear engine deck hatch is really an excellent design feature for filling the smoker and such was that another one of Terry's design features? Super cool either way. It's amazing how much extra those little transmission covers add the the front end of the tiger I.

Carl, yes I opened the engine hatch and scratch made the functional latch that holds the cover open.

Carl! Yes, Jacks hard work ( Fun?) is making this a lot of fun for me to work on as well. Having the functional engine hatch as well as all the other movable hatches opens up a lot of possibilities.
Terry! Seriously, if you hadn't been the one who did the work on this tank, I would not have acquired another Tiger this early after finishing Mike's Tiger. I'm enjoying adding to your masterful work here.
