So, the root cause really hasn't been fully addressed.

The IBU2 Pro didn't have this problem, but the IBU3 does. Do all the IBU3s exhibit this behavior?
Any IBU3 users that don't have any static? Chime in.

You have absolutely no crackle when rev and idle are played together in any of your IBu3's?
What speakers are you using? Sound levels? Sound file info ect? Thanks

For some reason now. When i push the stick down for the rev sound it also plays the drive noise.? But if i push the stick to the left ,it doesnt and revs better. But it really cant handle 2 sounds at the same time.

If Tankbear's IBU3's are all "fine" then yours must be defective.

I ended up selling my IBU3 so can't be any more help unfortunately. Mine was okay until the volume went over 60% or so and then started to crackle. I did a bit of fiddling with it but never fully resolved the issue and it was probably loud enough at 60% anyway.
In the end though I was really looking for a board that could be quickly moved between different models without manually re-configuring individual sounds and settings and IBU3 can't do that at present.
