Take Alphas advise and let the little kid imagination come out. Stage your own battles in your yard. Run your tanks even if you do it by yourself or you will quickly lose interest in them and move on to something else. :'(

Thanks! I will. i'm just waiting for some plastic tracks to change my Tiger into then I'll take it outside and have a play! :D

The hidden cost of RC tanking is the JCB and the mess it makes of your garden..... :P

The clubs are a great way to get into the hobby, everyone there is as nuts about tanks as everyone else, so there is always plenty going on, and you can see first hand how different people build/modify/paint tanks etc. Lots of free advice too! The tank club community is really friendly, well apart from meeting up to shoot each other. :{

There is a place in South Wales that is free to use, perfect for 1/16 but in the most awkward spot in the country to get to.
