I wasn't trying to start any problems with any vendors from here, mods if this goes sideways please lock the thread.

Shaun the place in Florida has always been great to deal with even when they had their gearboxes screwed up and sent me the wrong ones they did their best to try to fix the problem and once I pointed it out to them they took EVERY gearbox down from their site till they got it all straightened out, to me THIS is what any decent store should do.
I knew who you were referring to Jack...they are good ...you shouldn't worry...their customer service is excellent ... like I said in my first post...it took me by surprise the first time it happened to me...but they always come through when it comes to you getting your parts :D

With that company ...the way they list is 50/50...as they do carry a good deal of what they list...it's generally the metal and some of the newer HL parts that have that stipulation....also like I said before...it just takes a little getting used to...if you have a problem ...shout out to Murphy their tech...good guy :D

Interesting Kiaser....Japan is slowest here in Hawaii....fastest has been pro sellers in US and Canada...and the UK...China has consistently gotten slower...Taiwan is just frightening how long they take..never tried Germany ..Australia or Russia

But you are correct...ASK...before ordering...that basically is it...judgments can be made from the answer....how fast the answer gets to you...how clear the answer is ...same should there be any follow up
