Shaun the place in Florida has always been great to deal with even when they had their gearboxes screwed up and sent me the wrong ones they did their best to try to fix the problem and once I pointed it out to them they took EVERY gearbox down from their site till they got it all straightened out, to me THIS is what any decent store should do.
With that company ...the way they list is 50/50...as they do carry a good deal of what they list...it's generally the metal and some of the newer HL parts that have that stipulation....also like I said before...it just takes a little getting used to...if you have a problem ...shout out to Murphy their tech...good guy
