hi guys have now done my pzr 4 & t-34/85 turret ring to 360 deg turning .tanker 242.

Spotted this, might save butchering the turret rings. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/heng-long-rc- ... 4ada6b0896

Is the turret ring common to all tanks? Excluding the assault guns!

It's the same turret ring than the original, except that they already cut the extra tooth where the plastic stopper used to be...

The slip ring has only 6 wires; not enough if you want to do some IR battle... B|

Could someone send me details and pictures of how to cut the new teeth in to the slip ring please, id like to do this to my sons m26.

tony, I usually just take another turret ring as a guide, line the two up and either pencil mark it or exacto knife mark the cut and then go at it after with a hobby saw.

Many thanks , sounds simple enough I'll have a go I think and if I mess it up replacement rings aren't to hard to find or costly.
