1/24 Tokyo Marui Tiger 1 Early
Knowing that I would be waiting for parts to arrive for another build, I had found these grill covers for the Engine Deck of my 1/24 Tokyo Marui Tiger 1 and ordered them. They arrived and were exactly what I had been looking for, a way to easily upgrade the vehicle. A little explanation, this tank needed almost nothing right out of the box to improve it's appearance. That has held true over the years. Imitators have come along, VS Tanks and Forces of Valor RC but none have come close to this AFV's essential 'rightness' in terms of looks and function. It doesn't have lights or sound but it has the best airgun in it's class and flawless function in terms of drive ability and it's looks are derived seemingly directly from the Tamiya Early Production Tiger 1. On to the covers. They were manufactured for the VS Tiger 1 and as I had hoped were a direct crossover. A little Panzer Grau and a few drops of glue and and a great Tank was improved. Enjoy!

Good Morning,
I've got a VS Tanks Sherman 105mm and the 'Captured' version of the KV-2 and they are great, wonderfully detailed tanks with lights and sound and proportional control. Even tho' it is by far the oldest of the three I have in this scale, the TM Tiger 1 stands right up there in terms of durability, detail and sheer fun to run.
regards,
Painless Wolf
