Grrrrrrrrrrr
Grrrrrrrrrrr
Just had one of life's little 'mishaps' and fouled up spraying the cammo on my tiger. Thank heavens for oven cleaner! Fetched the paint off a treat so I get to have another go at fouling it up.
Re: Grrrrrrrrrrr
Yes indeed - made a stupid mistake but luckily the paint came off easily. Ah well - onward and perhaps upwards.maxmekker wrote:phew

The Tiger is now back in primer. Plus side is I noticed another couple of things to 'fix' so have done them before re-priming. Problem with this hobby is it seems to be addictive and slightly obessive.............

Oh how I laughed, "Seems to be addictive and slightly obsessive" Whats with the slightly? this is 100% lunacy, you must be one of the new guys, it is too late there is no going back, the next step is selling the car and cancelling next years holiday for a new boxed Tamiya Tiger 1! Oh you poor fool you are beyond help. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone

Ahhhhhh - the relief washes over me like a wave! The coats of dark yellow have gone on a treat.
Problem was I was over thinning the paint and spraying at too high a pressure. A more viscous paint mix and lower pressure and all is well.
