Good afternoon:
The airsoft gun on my Taigen Tiger I stopped functioning (it does not shoot). The turret rotation and gun elevation operates. but when I try to fire the cannon nothing happens.
When attempting to fire the cannon the motor for the airsoft soft gun motor mechanism stays idle, but the motor for the gun elevation runs.
I found there are 2 black wires coming from the lead on the airsoft motor, and one evidently broke off from somewhere. Does anyone have any idea where the black wires coming off of the airsoft gun motor get connected? I can't see anywhere that this looks like it should be soldered to.
Or, can anyone provide a wiring diagram for this tank?
Any ideas, suggestions, comments you might provide will be very much appreciated.
Frank

Re: Taigen Tiger I airsoft problem
Good evening:
I resolved the gun elevation motor problem: I had the 3 prong plug on backwards
Should the wire coming off of the gun motor possibly go on a resistor in order to slow down its speed (rpms)?
Thanks
Frank

Hallo Frank, If you go to ELECTRONICS and select Heng Long the first entry is headed RX18 Wiring, scroll down and you will find a great schematic of the RX18 and where everything in and around it goes and in full colour. It may not help you this time but you might like to download it for future reference. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone

Thank Shaun.
I finally figured it out. The disconnected black wire should be connected to the cannon's warning light.
