I think it is just the standard Wehrmacht issue infantry bag.

Hi!
Thanks for the posts!
Mustclime, you are right! Actually I knew about the cooling problem of the beast but, in few pics I saw stuffs around even on the cooling grids; in any case there is space free to leave air passing!:-) I tought, once over, that maybe on the right side, with the 200ls fuel drum, they could have coolig problems! Anyway, even this part comes out of a pics found on the web!
Doclarson, yes, as MichaelC wrote, is just an infantry bag as normally used by Whermacth during the war.
I'm just sorry that I can't post other pics in this post! There are really a lot of other details and stuffs to discover!!!
If you are interested I can send you in pm.
Cheers,
W.

The tiger looks really well done, but I have a question.
Why are you using this netting?
It was on German side though Tarnetze, but these were very rarely used in tanks. The tanks were otherwise always the blazes disguised with all the surroundings.

Hi Edwin,
sorry for my late reply! Work took me away for a while.
I saw different pictures in the web and, honestly, the originary project I had, was whitout nets.
I just tried once, and I saw that the net give more deep effect and tridimensionality.
Any case it is not glued but just fixed and if I want I can take it off.
In my mind there was a camu project with felt threes and bushes.
When I tried, this kind of camu, whit nice and real effect, was just covering all the dettails!
In the end I just choose to leave the nets.
I'm working now on a new project, King Tiger 206 abbandoned in Belgium.
Two week ago I went to visit the museum where it is located and I shoot a lot of pics of tons of dettails.
It is amazing how the real tank saw, is in perfect external condition (whit some holes here and there....hi hi!!).
Thank you to all the ones liked my job and I'll post soon the new starting project.
Cheers,
G.

Excellent work, well done. The crew have been very well painted, that is something that is very difficult to do.

Thanks mate!
You are too kind!
It was a nasty job, not really difficult due to the dimentions but a loot of "carma" and "still hand" to avoid any mistake!
Really,
Thank you to appreciate.

Hi,
Great work there and the 'extras' that you managed to source are outstanding..... Would it be possible to publish a list of ' What and Where' you got all of the pieces from ??
I like the eyes of the tank commander in the black and white photo ..... He has the 'Thousand Yard Stare ! '....I recognise that 'look' from the mirror after the first night-shift...
