in this thread we rebuild the missing tow bar of the HL-Tiger.
As you can see, there is something where the tow bar belongs.
But it is not complete.
So lets complete it.
Lets take a 2mm thick poly plate.
Draw the details.
Than drill the holes and mark the edges of the parts.
Cut and grind a little bit.
Prepare as shown.
The difference between the two edges in this case is 2mm.
It might be different with your result.
So the upper part needs to be equal to that difference.
Fill the space between the two parts with poly.
When gluing the parts, use a 3mm drill to center the holes.
After drying grind the component and adapt it.
After mounting it should look like this.
