Modelers Guide to the Sherman - new revised books coming
The original Modelers Guide to the Sherman (eek, that American spelling!) has been out of print for many years. After all it was published over a decade ago.
I don't actually have a copy, but if it's anything like the companion volume Modellers Guide to the Tiger Tank then it must be worth having.
Anyway there's a two volume revised version out this year called Son of Sherman - the first part seems to be available already.

Re: Modelers Guide to the Sherman - new revised books coming
I have the old version, and this updated version and boy, is the new one thicker.
It's about three times the thickness of the Tiger guide, so getting on for the size of the Hunnicutt Sherman bible.
I bought mine directly from Ampersand, but I' ve now seen it cheaper with the military booksellers over here now.
Adrian.
