After sitting in my inventory/collection for about 15 years I needed a break from Armor. I am now gearing up to complete a Profiline Brumbar build. In the interlude, I painted the Zombardier. I bought the kit because it made me think of two particular instances. The King Pin Nine Twilight Zone episode, and a less known but very sad loss of the B-24 Liberator, Lady Be Good. An interesting and heart breaking missing aircraft and crew found in in the Libyan desert some 20 years later by a BP crew looking for oil. Here is the write up. http://www.ladybegood.com/. I have considered for some time building a diorama of this aircraft, which may happen before long.

Zombardier.
A Commander has to make vital decision on incomplete information in a matter of seconds, and afterwards the experts can sit down at leisure, with all the facts before them, and argue about what he might, could or should have done.- Sir William Slim

Jonger,
I am sure that is what most here thought about my slow completion of my Sherman IIC build.
