Almost a tank....

Whilst watching Generation Kill I was inspired to have a go at the Tamiya 1/12 offering. More pics as the build.

Body now sprayed up, weathering done by simply dragging a blunt scalpel edge over the desert tan till it flaked off revealing the olive drab beneath!

Quick update, main painting and weathering done, just crew to sort out and stowage. Quite pleased with the electrics, little box of tricks from Hong Kong makes the indicators work!

to be honest I never really liked the Humvee.... but yours could just change my mind :clap:
well done can't wait to see it finished :thumbup:
