My avatar .... a E 10 Hetzer

Post by Edwin »

Some time ago, I once failed an E 10 Plastic in hand with the request to get if I can get him operability. After I had succeeded, I now have built my own and several others.

The E10 is a paper tank Hetzer was developed at the same time as competitors planning to Jagdpanzer 38, but was never built due to the inovative and unproven technology. This tank was in the planning under the name Hetzer and should also heisen way. The Jagdpanzer 38 Hetzer got the name after the war.
He should be about 70 km / h to be fast, a Compact drive system with integrated gearbox and the hydraulic hydropneumatic suspension, which allowed a reduction in the tub on the floor. Armament as a remote controlled roof MG and a returnless 7.5 cm KWK was provided

I have all the e 10 built with the exception of the first, of aluminum scale 1:16 and the drive that it can as it was intended at the original lower it to the ground.

Here are some pictures of the construction and manufacture of the E-10 is also my company logo and avatar in forums.
