Tamiya Jagdpanther Idler adjuster help needed

Hi all, my Tamiya Jadgpanther has sheered an idler off after getting a pebble lodged in the track, the idler bar has sheered off...I didn't built the tank, I bought it second hand so I am not familiar with taking them apart, but I do have the original instruction..any advice on a repair? I been looking at the HENNtec Track tensioner, I believe this is an upgrade, and therfor strong than the original, but how difficult is it to fit, any pitfalls to beware of etc?

You are quite correct, it is the swinging arm. I had a closer look and constulted the instructions. I'll post pics soon, but it's definatly the swinging arm. I also appear to have lost a small metal bushing. Ok, so what do I need to order to get the new swinging arm? A whole idler, or are they available separately?
