cheers for the comments guys ! Just finishing the rest of my 12 man unit, If you'd like to see pics of them let me know. I'm really getting into painting the figures as i can't keep buying tanks ! Will be selling most /all of them to enable me to buy another tank. Maybe a t34/76 or a sheman firefly or even a stug !

Must say that stance , he has a sense of purpose . The detail I like, that you see, but dont see ? The upturned collar ... Pure class :)

cheers wildboar,

yes his intensity and stance do recreate his purpose.this is one of the last tamiya kits wh ww2 kits i've finished. i wish i had a better camera cos his face is the best i've done to date but they've all been re-done. need to varnish them and then they're off to market ! I don't have time to do scratch-built kits but wouldn't mine trying one, i prefer getting a fully complete model and change it according to whom i concentrate on :wittman, carrius etc or division. Now i fancy soething allies sherman or t34 but still love a stug or a jagdpanther.

here's hoping

thanks for all your comments
ps anyone wanting to buy figures for their tanks and need them painting, send them to me and i'll do it free ! (I'm in training !)

Hey Doc,really like your work, would you be interested in posting your other men?

Seems to me you have skill and I certainly have struggled with painting figures, still have three sets of crewmen in the box and 2 resin sets for my first tank which I have no confidence in painting.

The Tiger looks the part as well, tired well used home to some men that would rather be somewhere else, yet are most likely happy to be in the Tiger.

Ok so i'm a TIGER fan,
