Not certain mate but I just broke the suspension on two wheels trying to pull the spring part away from the road wheel hub. So dont go at it with to much force.

Most Heng Long wheels on early models are held on by a cross head screw, later models are held on by a hex head screw, be careful when replacing the screws, it is easy to strip the thread. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

The bulldog wheels are A bastard
I'm afraid.
With the inner wheel screwed on
& the outer wheel is glued ontop.
So either saw the outer wheel off
Or saw the hubcap off.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

You could try drilling a hole in the centre of the hub cap then you can get either a screwdriver or hex key in there to undo the old wheel, its a bit less messy than trying to chop it in half whilst still on the tank, once its off you can try and separate the two halves carefully.
Hope that helps
