hey ruben, funny we seem to have similar problems at similar times. I've just been through this whole rigmarole with the hobby co (tamiyas Uk distributor). Basically they ended up offering to replace the MFUs I sent back for £120 each. I told them JRC sell them for about £80 and Ill have my units back thank you very much...lesson learnt, never buy a tamiya from the UK!

Ps is the problem the units are just running in reverse?

Oh no, what's wrong with the leopard mfu? Does unplugging the mfu on the KT do anything?

Sorry to hear your (and others) problems. I have been running Tamiya tanks for many years now and never had any problems with my older tanks. A word of caution, the only DMD, I have had trouble with was purchaced from Jasons Store for a revamp of a non full option tank a couple of years back, it was replaced with no problem though. Seems to me that Tamiya quality has taken a nose dive in the past few years perhaps.
