Combat Ready Units!

Post by Ex_Pat_Tanker »

I've finally gotten around to cleaning the floor, so it must be time to show off the fleet! (or at least the combat ready portion ;) )

Hey EX_PAT_ Tanker

Nice line up there, and I like your custom DAK paint job! Hey can you re-post that first picture a little smaller,, because I blow it up and it cuts off half the pic and I want to check out the other tanks you have there! Happy New Year Mart!

Happy new year to you too, my friend!

Yeah that one needs cutting down a little more - I suspect I cropped it and forgot to reduce it  :-\
[edit]
Alrighty - give that a go!
Still waiting on the postal service to deliver the control boards for the T34 and Kursk Panzer III, and the IR detector for the Su-76i but they can quickly be made ready to fight once I have those parts!
There's also a white T34/85 thats in a similar state, waiting for its DBC.

Hi BIGMIG,
Thats just the tip of the spear, got plenty more projects up my sleves...  ;)
The seemingly bottemless pit that the motor industry has fallen into has dented my spending power considerably, but that just motivates me to focus on the projects that I've started:
For instance: If I have to move back home I have to be able to prove ownership of all my stuff for more than 6 months to avoid import duty - I guess that means no more tank shopping for me! I'm forced to focus on the projects I have already  ;)
Secondly, there's a "no shipping flamable goods in the container that the company provides" clause for shipping my stuff home - So I guess its a case of spray it if ya got it!  ;D

Either way my New Years Resolution is to be either out of paint or out of projects before I become out of work.
;)

Great looking fighting force you've got there. The 835 camo came out nice.
You have nothing to fear, but fear its self. Or maybe a KT too!

Thanks 'Charlie - the more I look at it the less inclined I am to touch it up, last time I tried to do that on a tank I made a complete pigs ear of the job!

@ Pete,
You might want to look into the legality of those new channels - rctank.de has 3 new channels, but none of them are in a frequency range that are allowed to be used for RC models either over here or in the UK
