I'm the owner of Field of Armor Tanks located in Murray, Utah and we have LOTS of fun announcements:
1. The new 1/6 Sd.kfz.251D is now ready for battle. Static battle that is... The kit is now ready for shipping and we have plenty in stock. It takes 5 days with FedEx Economy to ship to Europe. Our other kits like Tiger/panther/Pz.IV family usually cost $200-$250 to ship to Europe. But the 251D is only 30 lbs of metal, and it should be closer to $200 shipping cost.
2. A Super Detailing kit is coming in the next 2 weeks for the Sd.kfz.251D, including laser-cut wood seats, leather back-rest, working armor visors, anti-skid flooring, and super-detailed dashboard.
3. We are working on 7 additional conversions to the 251D: Pioneer, Stuka Zu Fuss, 2 versions of the Stummel, Drilling, Uhu and Flamm. All these versions should be trickling in from now to Spring 2013.
4. We are proud to announce that the 1/6 M3 Half-Track all-metal kit previously produced by Battle Ready Armor is now acquired by "Field of Armor Tanks LLC". You should see it on our website as soon as next week. We are working on an M16 Multiple Gun Carriage for Spring 2013.
5. The "hottest ticket" is the release of a suspension system and full RC system for the Panther/Jagdpanther for January 2013.
Field of Armor tanks products are made of laser-cut steel, which allows "relatively" low weights (50-70 lbs) and cheaper costs (look at our discounted prices). All tanks are IN STOCK, ready to ship same day. Accessories on the tanks are made of resin or injected plastic, including tracks and road wheels.
