New to the program

Post by limaco »

Hello: I am a retired US Marine, just got to age 62 so lots of free time. I spend most of it building 1/35 scale armored vehicles. But I am now hooked on RC Tanks. Have (2) Matto King Tigers, (2) Hen Long M26 Pershings (1 Marine for Korea era and 1 Army for WWII), (2) Hen Long PanTigers, (1) Hen Long M41 Bulldog, a Hen Long Tiger I, and finely a Century 21 RC Mark IV. Whew! Looking foreward to reading all your post and participating when I can be of help.

Hallo Limaco, one of the few things that the Parachute regiment that I had the honour of serving in and the Marines have in common is stubboness, so getting you to do stuff will not be easy,Well here goes, if you go to the vendors site you will find a list of helpful people who will go out of their way to save you money, although on your pension you have more money than you know what to do with!! The other side of the vendors site, lists people to avoid, learn from the experiance of others and you will be rid of a lot of annoyance. I hope you enjoy the forum, if you can come to the rescue of another brother/sister please do but do remember we like to help as well so any questions, just ASK. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:
