I've been using the humbrol liquid poly (the stff that looks like water in the jar) and had no problems with it at all. Its also good for getting that casting look when stippled on with a hard brush.

Well, it would be nice to know what you are gluing on your HL tank, but I use superglue for initial hold, then beef up what needs to be strong with some Lepage's epoxy in behind. If metal is involved (like holding the spinning bushings still in your gearset), I degrease with Simple Green then use JB Weld. And on my Sherman where I need to glue plasticto metal I also use JB Weld.  JB Qiuk Weld is good also, I just always buy the regular due to the higher temp ratings....I've even used it to seal a cracked engine block.

hi raven
i'm assuming you mean what to use for the hl plastic?, here is a link to a thread i started on how to make youre own glue http://www.rctankwarfare.com/Forums/ind ... 320.0.html, basically its hl plastic and acetone, i have never come across anything as good as this for glueing hl plastic, its like it welds it, i hope it helps
