Planet T5 Controller

Just got an old Tamiya Tiger going with a Planet T5 controller and the control sticks seem to be the wrong way round The right stick moves the tank forwards and back and the left stick turns the tank left and right.I`m sure the manual shows the controls doing the opposite ?
Have I got the thing wired up incorrectly or can you reverse the controls on a T5 ?

Any help for a newbie would be great guys

Its a Planet T5, 5 channel transmitter.6 channel receiver is this up to the job ?

Also sounds like forward,back,left and right should be on the right stick and turret controls on the left stick according to you ?

Sounds like you need to switch the controller mode so throttle stick moves to left side. Then play around swapping the servo leads around to get drive controls on right stick.

If I remember on the T5 to switch mode need to remove back and there is a dip switch to flick over. Its in the instructions with pictures.
